  •   Ms. Phleger’s Portraits and paintings have been collected both publicly & privately throughout the U.S.A., Latin America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the Caribbean for over 50 years.  She has also written and illustrated several children’s books, including “Sheila the Curious Sheep”,  “Sheila the Curious Sheep Saves the Day” and “Li Chou and the Dragon’s Promise.” 
  •    While visiting Lahaina, Maui in July, 2014, the Japanese Travel Channel made arrangements to film Mrs. Phleger reading “Li Chou and the Dragon’s Promise” as part of their Travel Show to be aired Internationally, November, 2014.
